The Sarajevo premiere of the film "Aphasia" by visual artist Jelena Jureša will be held at the History Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday, October 9, 2025, with an accompanying program.

"Aphasia" is a feature-length film essay that explores the politics of memory within European historical and social contexts. The film is divided into three chapters and addresses networks of power, racism, injustice and violence. A special place in the film is occupied by an episode inspired by the famous photograph by Ron Haviv, taken in Bijeljina on April 2, 1992, which appears in the film through speech, movement and performance, without ever being explicitly shown.
